i am facing this issue almost twice or thrice a week with different files…
is there any particular reason for this.
i am using sketchup since 2011 never faced this issue earlier.
are you storing files in a cloud service folder on your machine? i’d make sure the cloud service (if used) isn’t trying to overwrite your updates with a zero byte previous version (e.g. like from a failed sync operation or a crash on SU)
