hi aleliernab,

please solve my problem I need this file

There’s no fix for that .skp file. It’s about 96% filled with zeroes.

Where were you saving the file while working on it? Your profile says you are using SketchUp 2026 but this file shows it was last saved in SketchUp 2024.

Did you try opening the backup copy? Were you also saving a backup to Trimble Connect?

I used my backup copy but the same command showing.i need this file what can I do but the file size is 300 mb.im working on my pc power cut in backup mode I saved my model then close power off the pc after that I opened a pc this problem is showing.im worked in 2024 sketchup version

Most of that 300 Mb is zeroes. The only solution at this point is to start over on the model.

That loss of power is most likely the reason for the corruption. It has been the case for other users. Where was the file being saved? To an external drive?

You have a current SketchUp Pro subscription, correct? You should be taking advantage of the storage provided at Trimble Connect to save backups periodically. That way you would have a viable copy of the model to fall back on.

So you are using a PC and not a Mac?

im using pc saved in internal drive and I have a skb file also I renamed the file skb to skp but not working I dont have a Trimble connect im not using this

this is my file please solve this file I need this

Please correct your forum profile. The incorrect information there doesn’t help anyone.

Why not? Are you using a cr acked version of SketchUp?

The file in your second link is the same as the first one. Nearly all zeroes. There is absolutely no way to fix your file. There is no way to convert nearly 300 Mb of zeroes into a SketchUp model. You will have to start over.

please what can I do now ?? I need this file

This file is unusable. It’s garbage now. Start over.

First get a legitimate subscription and then periodically save your file to Trimble Connect while also saving to your internal drive.

Fix your forum profile with the RIGHT information.

If power cuts are common where you are you should get a UPS so you aren’t inconvienced when the power goes out.

any other options ?

No other option, your file is completed corrupted, if I was you I’d star as soon as possible all over again, the second time is a lot faster than the first one, cause you have the idea of how to model everything faster.

yeah but I have a submission today that’s the problem

Yeah it’s a big problem. You should try to advance as much as you can.

It’s unfortunate that you didn’t just get started redoing the model as I suggested a day ago.

And do what I told you regarding subscription and using Trimble Connect to save back up copies of the file.
