My projects are gone in web app but not iOS

All projects are gone in the windows browser app but I can see them in the iOS app on my phone. I just ‘signed’ the new EULA. Things I checked based on other posts.

  • Yes I made sure I was logged into the right account. I compared profiles for the web app and the iOS app.
  • I checked the server and it is correct, North America
  • I logged out of the account and rebooted

Anyone know what I’m missing?

Thanks in advance!

You might have used ‘hide my email’ on the Ios…
On Ios (iPhone /iPad) check the settings > Apple ID > sign in & security > Sign in with Apple to check the ‘privaterelay’ email address which was used for Trimble ID.

Thank you for the quick response but I’m not using my apple id to sign in. I’m using original email and password from many years ago.

With ‘projects’ you might mean the thumbnails of models?
They might not have been generated in the newly used browser, since you needed to accept the terms.
These thumbnails are actually the most recent opened models in that specific browser, not showing all stored ones.

All your models are hosted in a Trimble Connect ‘Project’ called SketchUp which is automatically created when you sign up for SketchUp Free.

Open via the Trimble Connect logo or sign in on this page:
www.connect.trimble.com

and use the ‘Edit with SketchUp’ option.

I accepted terms yesterday on multiple browsers when I was troubleshooting. I was hoping something triggered since yesterday but I still don’t have my projects showing. However, they still show up in the app.

What happens if you click on “SketchUp”?

Hahahhahahahaha!

Thank you.
