'My Products' Doesn't Show My Subscription

I purchased 2021 the end of last year, don’t have a receipt or record of it. How can I get that fixed??

That might be the case. You should have received an email on one of your emailaddress from Trimble with an entitlement notification.
Search for ‘entitlement’ or ‘Trimble’ in your email accounts
