My Pro 2021 product has suddenly dissapeared from my account view even though the account confirms the sub is valid

my Pro product has suddenly dissapeared from my account view even though the same account confirms the subscribtion is valid. When I click on products all I can see is SU free
any idea what has happened?

I can’t see any problem with your subscription. If you are signed into here:

with your email that has ‘35’ in it, you should see the Pro subscription.

In the upper left of the page is your avatar and edit profile, and something that will most likely say Personal. See what happens if you click on that, does it then show up any other accounts? It may have another entry, that might also be Personal. If there is another entry, try selecting that one, and see if Pro then shows up.

One thing, I think that you don’t have the subscription set to auto renew. There are some areas of that page where it only shows subscriptions that are on auto renew. But, unless you recently turned off auto renew, I wouldn’t expect Pro to disappear from a page that it was showing on in the past.
