We can’t help you unless we have the file. Share the SketchUp file so we can see what we can do with it.

What version of SketchUp are you really using? There is no 2021 Free Plan as you put in your forum profile.

Look at Help>About SketchUp to find the version.

Presumably you have a subscription license for SketchUp.

When did your friend install it for you?

Look at Help>Manage Licensing.

Maybe you are using the 30-day trial period but if you are, and you haven’t purchased a subscription, it’s important to understand that you will lose access to your file when the triall period ends.

OK. I fixed incorrect tag usage.

There were a bunch of excessively large textures so I resized them. Reduced file size by almost 35%. The file is still obese and needs more cleaning. I’ll upload the file and share the link while you fix your forum profile.
