My face me components aren’t displaying when I upload them
to the warehouse
they down load perfectly
I have tried changing scales adding other elements etc
anyone know why
Can you post a link to your files? Then we could look at them and, hopefully, help you find the problem.
Warehouse displays the view of your model as you saved it. When you open the model, the faceme component is somewhere out of frame, just as is being shown on 3DWH.
To fix it, open the file, zoom so that you can see the component on your screen, then save and re-publish.

i put it on the origin
zoomed right in so it filled the screen
saved it
its still not showing
Wa it the Palm Tree? If so, the save file is zoomed WAAAY in near the axis (as you look at the screen, the rest of the tree is above and to the right of you. Try clicking the 
button just before you save and publish.
One other question - Are you…
- Right clicking on the component in larger file and saving an skp file from there?
- Or are you opening the component skp file directly, zooming extents and then saving?
If its #1 we have an issue for that. For reference its SU-32951.

so what can i do as i still cant get them to display tried many times
Open the individual .SKP files, then save, then publish. it should post just fine, then.
