Hey guys. Been using SketchUp & enjoying it BUT there is something which is leaving me really frustrated. For some reason, i cannot understand how to move a rectangle a certain distance from the wall. For example, say i have a 1000mm wall and i want to create a window and move this window 200mm across the wall. I cannot see how i can do this? On other programmes i have used (such as fusion 2020) I can do this right away. Am i missing something totally obvious here?!

Once you start moving it in the desired direction, let go of the mouse and type the desired move distance. You should probably spend some time watching the Getting Started videos as well asThe Toolbar Series. There’s one on using the Move tool.
