How to move more precisely according to axes

Hi, can anybody help me how to move object (on the right side) precisely between two walls.

I use arrow keys and left button on mouse but object always snaps to surrounding walls

, how to move with it 1mm left, 1mm right or how to place object exacty to the center of empty space between the walls. Thanks for help very much.
