I setup SketchUp using Google login and have created models in the past. After a period of not using it, I then accidentally logged in using my Microsoft account (same email address). After seeing no models, I realised my mistake and logged back in using Google - all the models have gone. I’m thinking that the creation of a new account with different authenticator but same email address has wiped the contents? Thanks for any assistance!
