My model has disappeared and is stuck at a strange angle. I can’t use zoom extents, select, or zoom out of the screen I am in. I used Shift + A, and the entity info shows that my model is still there, but I can’t find it. The last time I used the model, everything was normal, and the preview still shows the view from when I last saved it. I would greatly appreciate any help.
A large part of the problem is incorrect tag usage. Note that you have made the Model_Planters tag active. Untagged should be active at all times and all edges and faces should be created and remain untagged.
I corrected that and fixed incorrect tag usage and your model appeared.
I also purged unused stuff from your model. No need to be hoarding all that stuff.
And there were a bunch of excessively large texture files which I reduced to more manageable sizes. This reduced the file size by 68%.
Here’s the resulting file.

When I downloaded and opened your model, I was shown this:
And zooming to Extents shows this, after all Tags are turned on:
Thanks! This is a life saver. I imported the autocad file into sketchup for reference. I guess I didn’t clean the layers and used large textures for the objects.
I haven’t tried opening it in other laptops, maybe your computer has better settings?
FWIW I didn’t have the same luck that @Anssi had when opening your file. The normal first step I use for models that have this issue didn’t work. It wasn’t until after correcting the tag usage that the model showed at all.
