Created a model in mm, copied and pasted a component/ group from another model which was in inches. My original model is now showing inches even tho the settings show mm??. How do I get my original model back to working in mm. Any help appreciated.

Using SketchUp Go on web, I copy/pasted a component from one model that used fractional inches into another model that was in mm. The instant I pasted, the units of the destination model changed to fractional inches everywhere, including both in model info and in dimensions that I had previously added to the model in mm. That seems like a bug to me - the destination should determine the display units, not the source. However, I could reset to mm in model info without a problem.
Edit: To clarify, internally everything in SketchUp is actually stored as inches. The setting you make for units in model info is how the units will be formatted for display or default input; internally they are still inches. It does not seem right that pasting a component should alter this setting, since it has no bearing on the actual values stored in the copied component.
