Missing object and detail when importing to twin motion 2020 version 2020.1 (6.0.2020.1)

Hi, after I tried to export my sketchup to twinmotion, the object is missing, does anyone have the solution regarding this matter. Really Appreciate your help

If sharing the SKP isn’t possible, can you post the same view image while you have Face Style set to Monochrome?
