Message erreur

Bonjour, j’ai un PROBLME … HELP !!!
Merci d’avance …

I can’t help with the problem, but here’s an English translation of your question, which may help others to answer (thanks, Google translate).

Hello, I have a PROBLEM … HELP !!!
Since this morning, I can’t upload files to my SketchUp version. It’s not the first time I’ve used them and so far I haven’t had any problems.

Here is the message: The authorization token cannot be used. The user must log in. You can continue to use sketchup but you will not be allowed to create a new file or open an existing file".

What can I do ???

I reset the authorized devices on my account, I reconnected my Trimble and SketchUp account, I restarted everything…nothing worked :frowning:

Thank you in advance …

There have been a lot of reports of this issue today. The fix is to log out of your account and then log back in. Evidently the log in works more reliably from the help menu.

Hello, I have the same message and I tried several times to reconnect but I always have this message… Do you have a solution? Thanks in advance

Bonjour
