Managing devices, can't log in to another device

It seems like a common issue, but I’ve already deactivated all devices and still haven’t been able to log in on another one. I’m logged out everywhere, yet I can’t access my account. This platform is incredibly frustrating when it comes to performance issues.

I tried using SketchUp Web on location instead, but it also fails to load some of my files. Most of them are accessible, but a few appear empty—even though I can clearly see the SketchUp files in Windows Explorer.

Does anyone know what might be causing this and how to fix it? It’s a great app, but unfortunately, not very reliable.

Deauthorize Devices

I went to my products and deauthorized all accounts, and had a confirmation of it. When i open sketchup on old devices it asks me to login. So you might think it worked, but on my new device it comes with the same “You exceeded the activation limits”.

If you have multiple subscriptions or trials or access from betas for example, then you need to deauthorise each one seperately.

I have two accounts on trimble, one is completely empty, so there is nothing to deauthorize there. I have nothing going on but one Sketchup pro licence. :slightly_smiling_face:

Last thing to do is

Delete the login_session.dat file

That is found here:

C:\Users\YOUR NAME\AppData\Roaming\SketchUp\SketchUp 2025

^On the one you are using now

On the old devices or the one i am trying to use right now?

You can paste this into a search bar or address bar to get there fast

%AppData%\SketchUp\

Dude it worked, thank you very much man wouldn’t know how many months it would took me to figure this all out.
