Can't log into Trimble on a new computer

I got a new computer and cannot log into a new session of Sketchup 2024 on it. I have logged out of my old computer. I have a student account so I think I only have access to one device at a time. I just don’t know what else to do other than log out of my old computer. I follow the instructions and it says I am logged out of all things Sketchup, but when I log back in, I get the same screen. I emailed Trimble for support but have yet to hear back. I don’t have any serial numbers or license numbers, I checked my email. This seems like a simple enough process but I just can’t figure it out.
