Manage Devices SU 2024 - Fail - Need Help ASAP

Hello All.

I just bought a new Laptop, and I cannot open SU 2024 on it because it says I don’t have enough seats. I followed all the steps, such as “Go to manage devices and click Log Out of all devices.” I have also manually logged out of my desktop and my old laptop. I need to be able to jump back and forth from desktop to laptop without these delays. If SU is going to take away the 2 seats that we used to have, then at least, it should be seamless to log out and log in between our different pieces of equipment.

Can someone help me get this working?
