Hi, my computer / hard drive crashed and I had to replace it with a new HD.
I lost the registered Sketchup 17 as well as all the Licence details, as I had no backups.
Can you guide me how to retrieve my licence without some of the basic information.

If you purchased your license from an authorized SketchUp reseller, then contact the reseller.
