I’ve just upgraded my account from Free to Pro. All my projects disapeared!
Any ideas on how to find them?
Make sure you are logging into SketchUp/Trimble with the same email address that you used with SketchUp Free. Many users have been put into a panic because the originally signed in by using the hide-behind-an-apple address or similar approach, and then tried to use (one of) their normal email addresses later…
