Hi @fw12345 thanks fro the post. Before I can get you added to our database of domains to get you past our firewall, I need to confirm that you are a k-12 school, district or local equivalent. As you may not be familiar with what that means, I’ll explain. A k-12 school is a category of school that is not a higher education school. As long as you are not a university or other type of college, you are a k-12 school as far as our program is concerned.
Can you reply to this post and let me know if you are a k-12 school, district or equivalent? All you need to do is say “Yes, we are a k-12 school.” or “No we are not a k-12 school.” and we are all set to go!

Thanks for the clarification @fw12345. I just finished adding you to the database and once it updates successfully you should be all set to deploy the app if you have not already done so. Just make sure not to skip any steps as that can cause issues later on that may be very similar to what you are currently seeing.
Hopefully that is all we need to do to get you up and running but if you need me to assist with further troubleshooting, let me know and we can start looking into what we can do to fix any issues you might be seeing. Just be sure to use the @ command in your post to make sure I get an email when you post something.
