Logi MX Master 3s/uninstalling previous versions

So none of my gestures are working since updating to 2025 desktop pro version, but still work in '24 version. There are 3 possible problems, either its logitech, sketch up, or me. History shows that the problem is usually me, however that is the last point of investigation. I spent some time on the phone with logitech, together we ruled that they were not the problem. They told me that its likely because I have '23, '24, and 25 versions on my computer. Now, when I attempt to delete the prior editions, all goes accordingly (small sketch up window with the growing green line) then it takes me to the installation window. I did some youtube(ing) and it showed once the green line has completed its journey, that should prompt another window with a trashcan to confirm the actions. One thing said to delete some extensions like v-ray, so I think I did that.

To paint a picture, I didn’t know what to put in the graphics option when logging in and making a profile. My computer skills are not advanced by any means.

Each version of SketchUp is installed on its own so it is essentially an new application. In the Logi software you will have to map shortcuts to mouse buttons for SU 2025.

The problem I am having is that I can not seem to uninstall any of the versions.

of sketchup ?

simply drag the sketchup folder from the application folder to the trash.
there are some extra bits, but this is the main one.

regarding logitech, like Aaron said, every time you install a new version of sketchup, it’s installed in addition to the older ones.

when you setup your gestures in logitech’s application. it’s only valid for that specific version (24).
if you want them in sketchup 25, you’ll need to re-make them in logitech’s software.

Not on MS Windows. We have installers that must be run to uninstall also.

my bad, for some reason my brain decided he was on a mac. long day and all

yes. on a pc, run the installer as admin to uninstall.
