I’m having serious problems with logging in to Sketchup, Layout and the tutorials. They dont seem to be interconnected, so every time I have to log in to each of them by creating new passwords.
Also there seems to be a problem for Sketchup to aknowledge my new 2024 license as old 2018 stuff keeps coming up.
Please help me.
The email you use in the forum should work if you sign in with the Trimble option you’re given, and there should be no need to change the password each time. If you want you can use the sign in with Google option, and maybe that would know your Gmail password for each place you need to sign in.
Some older versions of SketchUp had a problem where on Windows all versions of SketchUp would show with the old number and not the new number. If you only have 2018 and 2024 installed, the 2018 that has the new icon would really be 2024.
You could open SketchUp 2024 from the shortcut on the desktop, and then when it’s open you can pin the icon to the task bar. That way you’re more certain to be opening 2024 and not 2018.

So can I delete the 2018-2022 versions of Sketchup and Layout from my computer? Would be nice not to have them show up at all.
It is distracting, but there may be some odd case, extensions for example, where something works better in an older version. I think that you have 2018 and 2019 installed. If you remove 2018 you won’t be able to add that back on a new computer. Your 2019 license can still be removed or added to a new computer.
Other than gaining a bit of drive space, I would keep them around for now.
