I don’t think it will solve the problem, but you could update to the latest version of SketchUp 2024. I checked the original bug report, and it still shows as being open. Heya Dan, Thanks for stepping in to assist. My windows username character begins with “J” which doesn’t look like a string character nor is this a diacritic character. Ill have a look tomorrow when I’m back a the office to further investigate. Cheers, Wolf

Does your username have any non-ascii letters or numbers in it - e.g. something with an umlaut ?
