Ive brought in a building footprint layer from qgis as a dxf file. After importing the file the lines appear jagged/inaccurate. After tracing over the outlines and creating a face Im unable to push/pull the newly created face.

You will want to upload both a screenshot of what you are seeing as well as share the dxf file with the forum in order for us to better understand what you are working with.
