LIght Up "tour tool" crashes sketch up 100% of the time I try to use it

I may throw my computer off a bridge and start hand drafting again. It is unbelievable how frustrating this is. It isn’t only light up either. Sketch up is crashing on me all over the place. I don’t understand. My computer is brand new and pretty powerful (Mac Book Pro 15 inch with 16 GB 2133 MHz LPDDR3 and 2.9 GHz Intel Core i7.

I have built some big models recently, so I don’t know if that is it, but I can’t go on this way. I am a small business owner and I am losing at least 2 hours a day on sketcup issues.

Give us something to look up your Bugsplats and maybe we can see why.

Radeon Pro 555 with 2GB of GDDR5 memory and automatic graphics switching
Intel HD Graphics 630. Make sure energy settings are such that you don’t switch adapters (for predictable output) when you aren’t on a charger.
