I have a single license for SketchUp Pro 2019 that expires in six days, which I will renew.

I have downloaded and install 2020 and went to sign in and it says “You are using SketchUp Pro on too many machines. Please sign-out from another machine, or manage your activations below”.

Does this mean I cannot use both 2019 and 2020? I always like to keep my previous version running just in case there is something that does not work right in the new version.

How do I fix this?

You can indeed run 2019 and 2020 on the same machine. They install as separate applications. Where did you obtain the license you are using for 2020? A 2019 license will not work on 2020, they are also separate.

Since I am a student it was bought through Creation Engine. I use my gmail address and password. There was no activation code.

instal and run the 2020 trial for 30 days…

I have re-downloaded it and the trial version and the files are the same.

Next Idea???
