i’m getting a message that there isn’t a seat available for my license. i have only one computer, but when i go to account management it says there are 0/1 available. I’ve moved my computer to another house, can this be related to not being able to access my seat?
Each seat should be able to sign in on two devices.
But, a sign in in another version of SketchUp counts as a separate device.
Thank you. This is likely the problem then, as i was moving from v2020 to v2021. i quit the SketchUp v2020 but still am not allowed to open 2021, getting the message that too many machines are accessing my license. How do i open my new version?
