I have a Sketchup pro 2022 subscription license and I wanted to see if I could transfer my license to another computer so I accidently removed my product access in my Trimble account and now that I want to access Sketchup, I can’t find my product online it disappeared! I have paid for that product so I really want to use it! Thanks for your help
Check the Members section in the AMP
myaccount.trimble.com
Regain product access by clicking on the three dots beyond the email address that you use to sign in.
If it’s not there, use the add button.
It will be what Mike said. You use the same email address as the admin for the account, sp you should see that you can add yourself back as the user in the Members section. After that it will reappear in the My Products section.
