Can't find my subscription/license

Hi,

i’ve installed sketchup, but can’t seem to find my livense.When I check my trimble account page, my Sketchup Pro license is not showed. How do I start using Sketchup please?

Sign in with the email address and password you used when you purchased the subscription.

It seemed to be an administrative issue, all working well now!
