I was able to upgrade my sketchup pro to 2022 but for some odd reason it is not taking my serial number and AT code. why is that and I don’t have a file to send this time
Version 2022 is subscription only. It won’t work with a classic license for version 2021 or older.
But wasn’t last years upgrade a subscription?
I don’t work for Trimble so I don’t know anything about your license. Subscription doesn’t have a serial number, you sign in to SketchUp using the e-mail you used to purchase as your user name.
