License problem...SketchUp doesn't start

I experienced a Critical Error and upon reinstall - took me days to get into the computer, save data and finally Factory reset.

I just re-installed SketchUp and it doesn’t seems to recognize my subscription. Usually, when I have problems with logging in, I pressed “deauthorize all” under manage devices…

Still no luck … Iam, logged in, my license is Active…

Did you get to the deauthorize all devices screen? You would want to be sign in with the same email address you use in the forum, then go here:

Under Products find SketchUp Pro, and click the link to show included applications. The manage devices option is in the SketchUp Pro box that appears.

And once you have de-authorized everything you still need to sign out of your current instance and sign back in. Much like cold rebooting a computer.
