Hi, my Sketchup Studio subscription has just been successfully renewed, ie the money has gone out of my account, and I’m now being told my device is not authenticated on Trimble and I cannot access Sketchup or Trimble Connnect.

Have you signed out and tried to sign in again?

Try signing out of your Trimble account and then sign in again inside SketchUp. You can also open Trimble Account Manager and re-authenticate your device. If it still doesn’t work, clear the browser login or restart SketchUp and try again.
