License delay?

Hi all !!!
Yesterday was my last day to renewed my subscription, which I did.
Trimble send me my receipt… As well as PayPal. My products in my account
show nothing. From what I remember, it won’t matter of minutes before be up and running. Beside the receipt, am I supposed to receive something else from Trimble.

Your previous year had auto renew turned off, and so your renewal is effectively a new subscription. It is set up, but isn’t assigned to anyone. You won’t see anything else from Trimble.

To fix the problem, sign into this page:

Choose Members, and find yourself in the list. Click the three dots at the end of the line, and change your product access, to be able to use the new Pro subscription.

Back in SketchUp you would sign out, and sign in again, and the new entitlement should work.
