On July 13 I renewed and paid for my SketchUp. I’ve been using SketchUp for several hours today.
Suddenly, when I tried opening a file, I got this strange message saying I’m not licensed. What’s going on? How can I open files now?

Logout your Trimble Account in Sketchup. Close SketchUp and open again. You will be asked to login again
That can happen if on another machine you had deauthorized all devices. As rtches suggested, signing out and signing in again should get this particular machine going again.
