i updated my apple computer to sierra and now i can’t get lay out to work at all how do i fix this any suggestions

LayOut won't work after Sierra update

This fixed it for me:
xattr -d com.apple.quarantine /Applications/SketchUp\ 2016/

Send to Layout is greyed out / not working (SketchUp 2018 + High Sierra)

Send to Layout not working in 2017
