I’ve never used polar coordinates much but I thought I’d give it a try and see if it could be useful in my Layout lineworking…
In the animation below I have a small 1:10 group of linework. I click at the end of the line, draw out horizontally and type 20mm and it does what it should do, however, when I type ^-45, 20mm it draws at -45° fine but it draws a line 200mm long!
Believe me, I’ve made no error - I’ve repeated this many times entering 20mm, even 20.
If I type 2 it does draw at the correct length that I want which is 20mm.
In settings my units are mm
