Nice workflow…but…
Don’t forget you also need to export a scaled JPG or TIFF so you can do “Hybrid mode” 
Similar logic that we are asking LayOut to adopt also applies to export of DWGs from SKP:
2d DWG = very quick, but gives you only what’s on screen (unfortunately it also explodes everything which is a real pain and makes this function almost useless)
3d DWG = painfully slow as it tries to capture and vectorise everything, even stuff on hidden layers (so if you have your 3d assets in a layer, you have to delete that layer before exporting DWGs)
