Layout Exporting PDF Error

I’m working on the Layout 2026 (latest update from Trimble), and since the previous update of the 2026 version I couldn’t export in PDF properly.
The viewports got all messed up and distorted. At first I thought it was a problem with the sketchup file, then I copied all the project to a new file. But nothing changed.
Then I noticed the “warning Exclamation Sign” appeared in the Layout, as if it couldn’t sync properly with the sketch up file.
At last I tried exporting in JPEG and it worked perfectly.
I downloaded the PDF24 and printed which worked out as well (although with low quality).

Did someone else have the same error?

It would help if you share the LayOut file so we can see if it’s something with the file.

Since the archive was too big, I was working on a copy to send here, and now I got to export the pdf directly from the layout perfectly :clown_face:
I don’t know what could have happened… since the file is big it was syncing all this time? hence the warning symbol?

It’s difficult to say what was happening without seeing the file. You should upload the original file to DropBox and share the link.

It could be that Raster viewports are being rendered as Hybrid before the export and that could take a long time.

Where is/are the reference .skp file(s) saved?

Mijn collega en ik hebben hetzelfde probleem met het maken van PDF’s. Het ligt niet aan de bestanden, het is bij alle tekeningen. Soms gaan de eerste 2 pdf’s goed en daarna lukt het niet meer. Soms gaat de eerste al fout. Als we de tekening dan openen in Layout 2025 is er geen probleem. Iemand een idee wat we daaraan kunnen doen?
