Layout Crashing in OSX 10.12

I just updated my operating system to Sierra OSX 10.12 and now Layout crashes when:

  1. I try to open any existing document
  2. When using the type tool in a new document

I had no problems before the Mac OsX system update

Mine has been crashing a lot too.

I’m using LayOut 15.3.329 on macOS Sierra 10.12.5

Do I need to update to LayOut 17 for improved stability when using macOS Sierra?

I’m concerned it might be the mac environment that is causing the problems.

YES, it is the only recommended version for Sierra…

the last version of v16 did have some fixes…
