I just got this solved by submitting a ticket with Trimble support and we then set up a Remote Desktop so they can see what’s happening on my machine. Here’s what they did…
Go to Finder and select ‘Go’ up at the top, while the drop down menu is down, press ‘Option.’ A ‘Library’ Icon will show up under ‘Home.’ Select that.
Next go to Application Support > SketchUp 2022 > LayOut > working > Now delete the latest folder
This fixed my issue. The problem is that LayOut is trying to open a file that is not there or corrupt so you have to trash the start up preferences. This worked for me so hopefully you too!!
