Layout Bugsplats Galore and no way to contact

I’m having an awful time with Layout. Crashes repeatedly. Sometime while working, other times on loading a file. I’ve tried contacting customer support, but their form fails saying it cannot complete the submission, so I’m really stuck.

Attached is one of a number of Bug Splat reports I could upload.

I have a large SketchUp file and associated large Layout file I need to work on.
While SketchUp is stable, Layout seems not to be stable.

I’m on a Mac Laptop running Ventura 13.6.1 (22G313);
SketchUp Version is 23.1.341
Layout is 23… I was just trying to open Layout to get the exact version number and again a bugsplat, this one # 11893

The following info is from BugSplat report #11891. Perhaps someone here can see something in it that suggests what my problem is:

While you are waiting for Colin, try reinstalling SketchUp and LayOut making sure it’s done correctly. Then do a cold reboot of your computer (power off completely, wait 30 seconds to a minute, power on) and try opening LayOut again.

I have asked the develops to look at your six bugsplat reports, to see if they can tell what is going wrong. The crashes are for various reasons.

If they are all happening while working on the same file, would it be possible to get a copy of the file?

Hi Colin, Tim in support has made contact with me. I’ve done what DaveR suggested, which was to reinstall. Yes I can send the layout file, but probably not post it here. - Thanks for your help. - Fred

Sorry, I meant to say, it happens with various Layout files, but mostly with a single rather large one. It takes quite a long time to load, is very sluggish when working with the file in layout. - Fred

Stay in touch with Tim, including sending him a file if he also asks for one. He will ask me for help if he doesn’t quickly see what the issue is.
