Why is the new update returning message a cant open app
What update are you referring to? Did you just install SketchUp 2019.3?
Hi Dave, yep just downloaded the new update and it blanked me out
Can you provide more detail? What version of Mac OS are you using? What exactly is the graphics card? Please complete your profile with that info. How exactly did you install SketchUp 2019.3? Were you using 2019.2 previously? What exactly are you seeing? A screenshot would help.
Dave as I normally do just open the download, replace the existing app, normally works fine, layout is working/stylbuilder also, but not SU
done it the hard way, removed old downloaded new, Hard work, rest easy
When you opened the downloaded .dmg did you drag the app into Applications? And did you tell the installer to replace all?
