If you are seeing that error and SketchUp for Schools was working before my best guess is that it may have been un-deployed. If you have not already done so, can you run through the deployment instructions in the videos I posted in my last post? If you have already done that, let me know and we can check some other settings.

Thank you, Casey, for your responsiveness. Unfortunately, the video instructions don’t work. I tried with Firefox and Chrome. I use SketchUp for Microsoft users. I’m a teacher. My students and I have used this login method all year long without any issues, and I haven’t changed computers.

Thanks for the reply @david.lecour and I am sorry to hear that it did not work. It sounds like this may be a bit trickier to solve than I was hoping for. Can you enter developer mode and check what error (if any) pops up in the console when you try to load SketchUp for Schools via Chrome? Sending me a screenshot of that will help me to solve the issue a lot faster.

I’m not sure I understand correctly, but I’ve always logged in directly online via this URL. I don’t have any applications on my computer.
I also checked that my Windows ID was still active and tried logging in with another computer (one I’ve already logged in on without any problems), and I always get the “Are you in the right place?” window.

Hi @matthew.KTU, thanks for the reply. Can you tell me if you are using Google or Microsoft to deploy the app? Knowing that will help me narrow down the potential causes. Additionally, a screenshot of the error you see would be helpful as I may be able to get some additional info from that.
