I just want to have the satellite view of my property so I can arrange buildings and things to see where i would like to place them in the future. I could go out and measure landmarks but with 43 acres it would take longer than I would like. I have tried the import location feature and all it gives me is a road map, no buildings , no terrain. I only use Sketchup for my personal use to design projects for our personal use and now I would like to use to layout our farm buildings and where our future house may go. Any way to do this without buying a subscription ?
You might hire someone with SU Pro to do it. Or at least ask them nicely and provide the location.
