Issues with importing - need to restart Sketchup to import each time

Hi there,

I’ve been having similar troubles with importing into SketchUp.
Every time I try to import a jpg/cad etc on SketchUp or browse for an MXM file through the Maxwell plug-in I have to restart Sketch Up.
It works on the first instance after that nothing happens (i.e. no dialogue window opens) when I click on Import or Browse for mxm.

Ran the terminal command below to reset SketchUp that was previously suggested but that didn’t work either.

defaults delete com.sketchup.SketchUp.2015

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

• Sketch Up Pro 2015 (V 15.3.329)
• OSX Yosemite
• Maxwell Render 3.1 forSketchup plug-in

Continuing the discussion from Open / import / all dialog pop-ups not working:

So, any of the dialog boxes such as open, import, or various ones in V-Ray that require viewing files outside of SketchUp only work the first time, but then I can’t get them to come up after that. I have to restart SketchUp to use it again (but then still only get one shot). I’ve repaired disk permissions and recently done a clean reinstall to no avail.
… Anyone? I’m stumped
Note: this is not the issue of the material or styles etc dialog showing, this seems to only happen when the dialog box deals with files.

SketchUp Pro 2015 15.3.329 (latest)
Mac OSX 10.10.2 Yosemite (latest)
Also have the newest V-Ray installed, if that matters.
