Hi I am using 2019 sketchup pro in a Mac. In the file menu, import stays faded out and I can’t get it to work at all. I need to import a 3ds max file and cannot drag or drop it into sketchup either… How do I resolve this issue? Apparently I am up to date on the latest software ? Help much needed!!!
Do you have a SketchUp window open? You must have a file open to import into.
