Issue with payment for Sketchup pro annual subscription

Hi, I am trying to change my sketchup pro monthly to Annual. I stopped the Sketchup pro monthly by turning the auto renewal off. Now the challenge is, I am not able to pay for annual subscription either my credit or debit cards. I go to checkout, then since there is an additional step of OTP for Indian banks, I give the OTP in the Trimble checkout and then it says, there is a technical issue. I checked with my bank but they said that I am allowed to do international transactions, I have been going through this from the 6th of this month. Sent a message to Trimble, no response yet. Can you guys help me process my order. By the way, my location is India and I never had an issue with payments when I was with Sketchup pro monthly subscription

This is a user forum. You need to open a ticket with either your reseller in India or SketchUp Customer Service.
