I have a student learning SketchUp using SketchUp free. She is not able to use the CTRL key+ Move Tool to make a copy. In addition, she cannot lock the direction using the up/left/right key. We were practicing making a cube and copying it so the file size was insignificant. She tried using the computer keys on her Photoshop program and they work. Any thoughts on how to solve this? Is this a glitch in the program?
Make sure that she is on Windows, and if she is that she is using a recent version of Edge, or Chrome or Firefox. The v44 version of Edge has various keypress issues.
