Currently running macOS 12 Monterey. Want to upgrade to Ventura but want to make sure I can still open my SkectchUp Make 2017 files with the new OS. Does anybody know if it’s compatible?
It’s not.
10.13 was the last supported OS for Pro/Make
I’m running Make 17 on Mac OS 13.2.1 (22D68) with no issues on Macbook Pro and MAC27".
That isn’t the question though 
There are bugs specific to changes Apple have made in Ventura (let alone the other 5 years of changes they’ve made) that causes issues even for later versions of SketchUp, I’m sure we could make them happen if we tried 
For me 2017 runs for a while on Ventura, but sooner or later it crashes. Not a problem for me as I don’t use it for anything important, but could be a disaster if you have anything serious underway!
