Info on demo house in Style Builder

Hi there,

I have absolutely no clue about the software Style Builder.
However I love the house you see when you open the program for the first time.
The file is called “DefaultModel.skp”

Can anyone give me further information on the architecture (plans, existing building, architect)?
Maybe I’m going to use parts of this great architecture for my own house I want to build.

Aidan made the model, I think, based on some Eichler houses that he was studying at the time.
